This role involves general maintenance and repair work across residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential units
- Handle light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Communicate updates and progress professionally
- Follow safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or general contractor
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physically able to perform manual labor
