Job Overview
We are seeking a Guest Experience Associate to join our team here at Gallo Car Wash. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with purchasing wash packages
- Process payments using a POS system as well as the pay stations in the parking lot
- Provide information about our wash packages and unlimited memberships
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Upsell wash packages to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or grocery store environments is advantageous
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Ability to be in the sun for extended amount of time
- Comfortable on your feet
