Alphacare ATX Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA)for PRN home health visits throughout the Austin area.

Requirements
- Active Texas COTA/OTA license
- Home health experience required
- CPR certification required
- Experience with Kinnser/WellSky preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Implement treatment plans established by the OT
- Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in Kinnser/WellSky
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
