Job Summary:
Bluerun Ski Training Center seeks instructors to provide safe, engaging ski/snowboard lessons for children and adults. Reports to leadership; pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead private and group lessons, adhering to company safety standards.
- Teach all levels, beginner to advanced.
- Coordinate lessons, events, and conditioning sessions.
- Process payments and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in industry events and maintain knowledge of safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience assessing student skills and personalizing lessons.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- English fluency required; PSIA/AASI certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical fitness for training and lessons; lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
