Revenue Talent Partner
The Revenue Talent Partner plays a pivotal role in CarNow's growth strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals across multiple markets. This role is part of the HR team and is dedicated to revenue-generating talent and is responsible for building talent pipelines, sourcing passive as well as active candidates, and partnering with sales leadership to ensure territory hiring needs are met. The Revenue Talent Partner will proactively identify talent within the automotive, automotive technology, SaaS, and related industries while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Regional Sales Manager positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Partner with Sales leadership to understand territory needs, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-performing sales professionals.

Research target companies, competitor organizations, and industry leaders to identify prospective candidates.

Utilize LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and direct outreach to engage passive and active candidates.

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified sales talent for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, sales performance, and cultural fit.

Present qualified candidate slates along with market insights and recruiting recommendations.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates,hiring managers, and executive leadership throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to log and document candidate activity, interview feedback, and hiring progress.

Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

Promote CarNow's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.

Attend intake meetings and strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and market conditions.

Complete special projects as requested.
Requirements:

2+ years of recruiting experience, supporting sales organizations.

Experience recruiting or sourcing quota-carrying sales professionals..

Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other direct outreach techniques.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving hiring goals and building talent pipelines.

Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms.

Automotive, automotive technology, SaaS, or B2B sales recruiting experience preferred.

Familiarity with recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and talent market research.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
