Position Overview
MAD Events is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support customer interactions during live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers during promotional events
- Provide accurate information about available services and account options
- Assist customers with new account registrations and enrollment processes
- Answer general customer questions and provide support throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed registrations
- Support event setup and breakdown when required
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily campaign objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area
- Full-time availability, including some weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $25.61 - $30.84 per hour
