As an AT&T Team Member, you will work closely with our senior-level sales and AT&T Team Member teams to gain hands-on experience in executing field sales programs, expanding client territory, and driving sales metrics. Our firm works with some of the world’s leading brands in the telecommunications industry, and we are tasked to expand our business consumer base through educational & genuine face-to-face engagements. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, sales, and for those striving for a leadership role!
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Meet face-to-face with local businesses to educate them on our clients’ services and products
- Develop customer relationships by providing world-class service and guiding businesses through the enrollment process
- Report & analyze customer interactions and review with the AT&T Team Member team to improve the customer experience
- Attend daily training sessions with the AT&T Team Member team and senior leaders to refine leadership, communication, and sales strategies
- Adapt on the spot to address and resolve any customer issues, concerns, or questions
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help businesses succeed
