About TaxRx Group
TaxRx Group helps physician and dental practices capture the R&D tax credits and advanced tax strategies most of them never knew they qualified for. We turn a complex, intimidating area of tax law into real money back in our clients' pockets, and we do it with a level of care and rigor the industry has not seen. We are growing quickly and adding Client Advisors to build and manage relationships with practices across the country. This is a salary + commission position based on successful client engagements.
The Role
As a Client Advisor, you are the trusted point of contact for a book of healthcare practice clients. This is a consultative sales and relationship role: you enroll new practices, guide them through their engagement, present the tax benefit we uncover, renew them year over year, and introduce them to our advanced planning services. If you have sold to physicians and dentists and you like being the person a client trusts, you will do well here.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls with practice owners and decision-makers, and enroll them as clients.
- Own the client relationship across the full annual cycle and be their trusted advisor.
- Present tax benefit findings on delivery calls and guide clients through next steps.
- Drive renewals and stay in front of your clients year-round.
- Identify and enroll qualified clients into our Elite Planning (advanced tax strategy) offering.
- Keep your pipeline and client records accurate and current in our system.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling to healthcare providers: physicians, dentists, or practice owners and administrators.
- A track record of hitting quota and closing consultative, relationship-based deals.
- Comfort talking with medical and dental professionals and earning their trust quickly.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through across a book of clients.
- Self-directed and coachable, and comfortable in a fast-growing company.
Backgrounds that tend to thrive here include medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, dental equipment or supply sales, healthcare SaaS or revenue-cycle sales, and practice-management or healthcare-services sales.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to tax, accounting, or financial services.
- Existing relationships with physician or dental practices.
- Experience working a CRM and managing your own pipeline.
Why TaxRx
- A product clients love: you are the person who tells them they are getting money back.
- Uncapped commission and a growing book of business.
- A mission to bring sophisticated tax strategy to the healthcare practices that need it.
- [Benefits: health, PTO, etc.]
