Job Description
We are seeking a Production Worker to support manufacturing operations in an aerospace production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication, inspection, and the use of hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection.
- Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, specifications, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, cutters, measuring equipment, and other light equipment.
- Perform quality checks and identify/report product defects.
- Rework and repair products according to engineering specifications.
- Maintain inventory and materials at the workstation.
- Follow established quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. as required.
- Work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates without a diploma/GED must have 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical work preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and written instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
