Overview:
We’re opening a brand-new specialty coffee shop in about 2 months and are looking to build a strong, friendly, and reliable team from the ground up.
We’re looking for baristas who have at least basic coffee experience. You don’t need years of experience—we’re happy to train the right people—but you should already be familiar with the basics of espresso drinks, milk steaming, and providing great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked
- Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions
- Work well with the team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Some barista experience (basic knowledge is required)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
