Who are we? We are Maria Regina, a skilled nursing and long term facility, located in Brentwood, NY. We love our residents and our nursing family and we believe in person centered care. Some of our residents come from the convent and some from the community, but all are treated with dignity and a personal touch, just like our nurses and aides.
Who are you? You're an aide, looking for a friendly work environment, close to home. You love caring for people and collaborating with other people who feel the same way. You might have some experience, lots of experience, or none at all. You're looking to grow your skills, or to pass them on to the next generation of caregivers, or both!

We've got openings on all shifts, so night owls and evening birds are welcome (as well as the early risers...)
What does the job entail?
- Patient care, including ADLs
- Communicating changes in the resident's condition to the charge nurse
- Maintaining resident safety
- Keeping the unit tidy and neat
- Documenting in the electronic medical record
- Participation in ongoing education (inservices)
- Participation in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs
- Maintaining confidentiality through adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Assisting and supporting new staff
Are you qualified? All you need:
Current NYS CNA certificate
