- Collaborate for success: Partner effectively with all staff and foster teamwork.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with state standards and individual learning goals.
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction to address specific needs and reinforce key concepts.
- Design and adapt learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles, including hands-on projects, interactive games, and creative expression.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track individual learning pathways.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and homeschooling families.
- Contribute to a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Strong background in Math, Science, and Technology highly prefered.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children in a homeschooling setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing needs in a dynamic learning environment.
- Passion for learning and a contagious enthusiasm for inspiring young minds.
- Interact and redirect students positively and respectfully.
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
