Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Analyst with a strong focus on recruiting. This role is primarily responsible for managing high-volume hiring needs and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with frontline employees in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
- Maintain active pipelines for production and operational roles
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Assist with basic payroll support (time tracking, data entry, coordination)
- Keep recruiting and HR data organized and up to date
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR support roles
- Strong experience with Indeed or similar job platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-volume recruiting
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Comfortable interacting with shop/field employees

Compensation
$18 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
