Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings
- Take accurate orders ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting; understanding of food industry standards is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Pay: $16.90 per hour
