Lime Creek Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) who values independence, clinical focus, and flexible scheduling to provide services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated clinician who wants to build or maintain a meaningful caseload on their own terms. Whether full-time or part-time, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule and clinical workflow while making a direct impact using an evidence-based framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on client goals and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical standards
- Participate in clinical supervision or team meetings as required
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active LSOTP license in the state of Texas
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable using EHR systems and and telehealth platforms

Pay: $52,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
