*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation and ensure the café area is clean and organized
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the overall café experience
*Skills*
- Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask in a busy café environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Prior experience in food handling and preparation is a plus
