We are actively seeking a full-time licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing clinical team. Duties
- Perform high-quality, therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each patient’s condition and goals
- Conduct brief assessments to determine appropriate techniques for pain relief and mobility support
- Apply a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and manual therapy
- Assist patients with guided stretching and mobility exercises when appropriate
- Educate clients on body mechanics, self-care, and at-home techniques to support recovery
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other team members to deliver comprehensive care
- Stay informed on industry trends, certifications, and best practices in massage therapy
Qualifications
- Active and valid Massage Therapy License in Illinois
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal health
- Clinical or med-spa experience is a plus, but not required
- Skilled in therapeutic massage techniques and pain management approaches
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong rapport and maintain professionalism with a diverse client base
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to continued learning and growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour
