```Duties``` - Monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and prevent accidents - Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents in the pool area - Provide first aid and CPR as needed - Perform pool maintenance tasks such as testing water quality and adjusting chemical levels - Clean and maintain the pool area, including removing debris and organizing equipment ```Skills``` - Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if necessary - Knowledge of first aid techniques and ability to administer CPR - Ability to handle heavy lifting, such as assisting with pool covers or moving equipment - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service - Attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area Note: Lifeguard certification is required for this position.
