ExcelPath Behavioral Solutions is hiring a Licensed Graduate Social Worker to serve as a clinical lead on our floor and complete assessments for the children in our program.
Most LGSW roles hand you a caseload and a supervision meeting once a month. This one is different. You will be on the floor with our RBTs during session hours, you will complete clinical assessments for incoming and current clients, and you will get consistent, board-approved supervision toward your LICSW while you do it.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Complete clinical assessments for new and current clients, under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact on the floor during session hours, helping RBTs troubleshoot in the moment and keeping the room running.
- Escalate clinical and behavioral concerns to the BCBA and clinical supervisor quickly and clearly.
- Support families through intake, diagnosis, and questions about what comes next.
- Connect families to county services, waiver programs, and community resources.
- Coordinate with the BCBA team so behavioral programming and family supports work together instead of in parallel.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets Minnesota Medicaid and licensure standards.
- Help onboard new RBTs and support a steady, positive culture on the floor.
Note: clinical oversight of behavior-analytic programming and RBT supervision stays with our BCBA team. This role leads the floor operationally and owns the assessment and family support side.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Active LGSW license in Minnesota, in good standing.
- Working toward LICSW and committed to completing supervision hours with us.
- Experience with children and families. Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a strong plus.
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
- Comfort being on the floor: standing, moving quickly, and staying calm during behavioral escalations.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with staff and with families new to the system.
- Available Monday through Friday during afternoon session hours.
