FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires a commitment to safety and adherence to environmental regulations while providing effective pest management solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications, traps, and baits.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance programs.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, backpack sprayers, backpack misters and pump sprayers as needed for pest control tasks.
- Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid TN drivers license with a good driving record
- Able to work Monday – Friday
- Punctual and good attendance
- Must posses good time management skills
- Ability to use pest industry products and equipment in a safe manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be a US citizen
SALARY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:
- 8 hour shift - 7:30a.m. - 4:00p.m.
- Monday - Friday
EDUCATION AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
