Healing & Wellness Counseling Services LLC is a growing private counseling practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Fairfield County, CT.

Major Responsibilities: To provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling to patients and their families.
Position Summary
The Associate Clinician provides outpatient counseling services to clients ages 6 and up. This role includes conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy, and completing discharge planning.
Clinicians will receive referrals from the practice and are encouraged to participate in community outreach opportunities to grow professionally.

Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor Position
- $45–$50 per completed 60-minute Medicaid session (starting rate)
- Increase to $50-$55 per completed session once clinician maintains 20+ completed sessions per week for 4 consecutive weeks
- Flexible schedule
- Caseload building support provided
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy
- Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings
- Develop and implement discharge and transition planning
- Engage in outreach activities as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work and or related field
- Active Associate license in Connecticut (LPCA & LMSW) in good standing
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Professional liability insurance (required)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Must maintain liability insurance.
- Organizing abilities, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and excellent time management.
