As the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, you will help create an exceptional dealership experience while ensuring repair and maintenance work is handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair updates, timelines, and costs
- Manage repair orders, estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians, Service Manager, and Parts Department to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and efficient workflow
- Process warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders in compliance with dealership procedures
- Recommend additional maintenance, parts, accessories, and performance upgrades based on customer needs
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused service environment
Qualifications
- Previous Service Consultant, automotive, or powersports experience preferred
- Motorcycle, Harley-Davidson, or general powersports knowledge a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, phone, and data entry skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
