Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. In this role, you will travel to various apartment communities and perform thorough move-out cleanings to ensure units are clean, sanitized, and move-in ready.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartment units
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and appliances
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces
- Remove dirt, debris, and leftover residue from previous tenants
- Clean inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and windows as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning
- Ensure units meet move-in ready standards
- Travel to multiple job sites throughout the workday
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be comfortable driving to different apartment communities and job locations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Previous residential, apartment turnover, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
