As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multiple residential renovation projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of assigned residential renovation projects
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and material coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and trade partners
- Collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and office staff
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Review scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing residential construction or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and sequencing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, client-focused demeanor
- Proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and basic project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
