Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), laser therapies, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Administer injection-based treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans.
- Operate salon software systems like Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety during all procedures.
- Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building community engagement to attract new clients.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment confirmations, and retail product sales.
- Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, tattooing (if applicable), and other advanced aesthetic techniques.
- Support retail sales efforts by upselling skincare products and treatment packages that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry as an esthetician or cosmetologist with a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments.
- Valid state licensing for esthetics or nursing credentials preferred; certification in injection administration highly desirable.
- Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
- Familiarity with medical spa procedures including Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business promotion is a plus.
- Ability to perform hair styling, hair extensions, nail care (including manicures/pedicures), makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, tattooing (if certified), and straight razor shaving is advantageous.
- Excellent sanitation practices combined with attention to detail in all procedures.
- Management skills for coordinating appointments and retail sales while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
