Job Summary:
Provide physician-led wound care management including complex wound evaluation, debridement, and prevention strategies in SNF/LTC settings.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds- Perform debridement and advanced wound procedures
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and surgical teams
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Training in wound care, surgery, or related specialty preferred
- NY medical license, DEA
- Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred
