A DFW-based medical lab is searching for a dynamic Client Account/ Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for existing clients and develop/ expand the client base. Job Description:
The successful candidate will serve as the relationship focal point between our laboratory and clients in DFW. It is essential to clearly articulate our unique value, so clients understand the superior services we provide and feel comfortable reaching out with questions regarding science, test results, and reports. The Rep will establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, built upon communication, quality of service, and trust. You will partner with our clinical operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and uniform objectives for 100% customer satisfaction. You will partner with lab management by collecting client data as we develop ideal-client demographics within each sales channel.
Responsibilities:
- Fully engage with each client, and liaison between clients and the lab.
- Develop new clientele within existing channels.
- Provide material and educate clients regarding Quality Metric reports and trend that are documented in QA reports/ materials.
- Quickly and soothingly, resolve client-related issues.
- Use deductive and inductive problem-solving techniques.
- Partner with clinical operations to quickly resolve discrepancies or miscommunication between clients and the lab.
- Triage concerns appropriately within lab protocols.
- Provide/ educate and demonstrate (if necessary) collection requirements during the client onboarding process.
- Work cooperatively with Client Services to manage the onboarding process for new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
- Create and distribute QA reports from the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for QA tracking.
- When needed, provide same-day responses to client calls.
- Must be familiar with PGx, ID, and TBI lab service testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in biology or medical lab science
- Minimum of 3-years of outside sales/service experience in the healthcare/ clinical lab/ medical device industry
- Medical office management experience is highly desirable
- Account management experience is required
- Must possess a valid DL, clean driving record, reliable means of transportation
- Pass a national background check
Compensation:
$70k-$80K base salary plus commission
Schedule:
M-F, 8 hours per day (Must be available after hours and weekends)
Location:
In-person in Frisco, TX
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
