Job Overview:
Greenleaf Pet Resort currently has openings for receptionist / sales associates. Applicants must be comfortable with interacting with dogs and clients while maintaining a friendly and loving atmosphere. Our facility is open year round so applicants should be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
The Greenleaf Pet Resort and hotel is looking for Candidates who are:
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
- Mature enough to understand the responsibility that comes with handling someone’s “fur baby”
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail orientated
- Dependable
- Possess problem solving skills
- Prior experience in sales or reception is a must!
Job Duties:
- Provide friendly, efficient, perceptive and knowledgeable service at all times
- Greet guests as they walk into the facility with a warm demeanor
- Answer phones in a timely matter
- Enter new client applications and vaccination records
- Accurately process monetary transactions
- Communicate with clients
- Provide tour of the facility
Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills is a must

- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
