The Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are now hiring for Maintenance. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean appearance of the parking facilities by performing all assigned maintenance and cleaning tasks, as well as assisting the Maintenance supervisor in prepping the area for events within a timely manner.
- General cleaning of the garage
- Operate Sweeper and pressure washers
- Event barricade set up and pick-up
- Pressure wash, re-striping of lines, and any other paint duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
- Substitute for cashiers when necessary
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with Traffic Management Plan

Work Environment
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. The noise level in the work environment is loud when working events (games, concerts, etc.). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.
