Job Summary - As a Line Cook member, you’ll be the heart of the restaurant. You’ll create delicious meals for customers both dayparts- lunch and dinner—while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness. You’ll work closely with other staff members to create meals, use equipment, prep food, and put a smile on someone’s face as they enjoy their next meal.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and after each shift

Work checks as food orders come in

Operate different pieces of equipment depending on which line you are operating

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your stations the line, prep areas, and dish area

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Assist with prep work and inventory rotation (FIFO)

Taking trash and recycling down to the compactor at the end of the shift

Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive customer service environment

Adapt to changing menus, specials, and seasonal offerings Qualifications

Previous experience is REQUIRED at least 6+ months

Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with the menu items and able to answer questions
