The Vice President, Institutional Product Performance serves as a strategic financial leader for the Institutional Solutions product segment, driving profitable growth through strong business partnerships throughout the enterprise, financial insights, and operational excellence. The Institutional Solutions segment includes Institutional Annuity products such as Pension Risk Transfer and Structured Settlements, as well as Institutional Investment products such as Funding Agreement Backed Notes, and Stable Value contracts. This executive role provides oversight of financial strategy, budgeting, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with segment and enterprise leadership to align financial objectives with business priorities and bring transparency to segment financial performance. The VP Institutional Finance plays a critical role in advancing innovative products and value-added solutions, enhancing customer value, and supporting disciplined execution of initiatives that improve operational efficiency and long-term business performance.
