About the Role
As a Field Service Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority for advanced combustion and burner management systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our industrial partners. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and business development, driving customer satisfaction through expert onsite support, system optimization, and collaborative problem-solving.
Responsibilities-
Execute high-precision installations, maintenance, and combustion analysis to ensure equipment reliability and safety standards.

Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to clients, facilitating seamless operations and resolving complex field issues.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities, provide technical documentation, and assist in the quoting process.

Manage service project lifecycles, including accurate billing, timely work order closure, and inventory oversight.

Train installation partners and end-users on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices to ensure brand consistency.

Conduct field evaluations and quality audits to maintain superior service standards across all customer sites.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in field installation, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Technical degree, trade diploma, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to travel extensively, including cross-border assignments.

Strong aptitude for complex troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
