Duties
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to schedule concrete deliveries.
- Manage dispatching activities for multiple trucks.
- Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette when liaising with clients, drivers.
- Monitor freight movements, shipping & receiving schedules, and fleet management activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with transportation.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for coordinating with drivers and customers.
- Ability to multitask effectively using multi-line phone systems while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
