Job Overview
Clean Easy is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Trash-Out Cleaner & Painter who can perform full trash-out cleanings and interior painting services. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and able to complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision.
ResponsibilitiesTrash-Out & Cleaning Duties
- Remove all trash, debris, and unwanted items from units
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant or occupied units, including:
- Kitchens (appliances inside and out)
- Bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, glass, bases)
- Floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, carpet care)
- Walls, doors, baseboards, and light fixtures
- Clean inside closets, utility rooms, and storage areas
- Wipe down vents, fans, and reachable high areas (ladder use required)
- Ensure units are move-in or inspection ready
- MUST HAVE OWN CLEAN SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
Painting Duties
- Prepare surfaces (patch holes, sand, tape, prime as needed)
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards
- Touch-up paint and full repaints when required
- Maintain clean work areas and protect flooring and fixtures
- Match paint colors as instructed
- MUST HAVE OWN PAINT SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, trash-outs, and painting
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, climbing ladders)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Must supply basic hand tools (company will supply paint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with apartments, turnovers, or property management
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and painting techniques
- Ability to handle multiple units or tasks in a day
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $90.00 - $700.00 per day
Work Location: In person
