American Traveler is seeking an experienced Float Pool RN for a Telemetry position requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with floating across Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units.

Float Pool RN role rotating between Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units
-
Adult patient population
-
Patient ratio of 1:5 on all shifts and weekends
-
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00–19:00

Every other weekend coverage required
-
Floating between units is required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Pyxis medication dispensing system in use
-
Active WA or Compact RN license required
-
Active certifications required: BLS and ACLS

Preferred certifications: CPI and NIHSS
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
-
Strong float pool experience required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Experience maintaining a 1:5 patient ratio

First-time travelers will be considered if they have strong prior float pool experience

Previous PeaceHealth employees (travel or permanent) should disclose prior facility and dates of employment

All required certifications must be active at time of consideration

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required
