Position Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated bilingual, female caregiver to provide daily in-home care for clients in Irving. If you have a passion for helping seniors and experience in elderly care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Monitor health, note any changes, and communicate updates to the care team
- Assist with safe transfers (Hoyer lift/transfer belt experience a plus)
- Administer medications as directed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
- Maintain accurate care documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings
- Background in dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care preferred
- Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support
- Knowledge of basic caregiving practices (CPR/First Aid a plus)
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
