Reliant Landscapes is hiring two full-time Landscape Crew Members for our commercial landscape maintenance operations in the Charleston area.
We are looking for dependable people who are comfortable working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and can work efficiently as part of a 3-person crew.
Previous professional landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider reliable candidates who are ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Commercial mowing
- String trimming and edging
- Blowing sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Weed removal and general landscape bed maintenance
- Seasonal cleanup
- Installing mulch, pine straw, plants, and other landscape materials as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools
- Keep equipment, trucks, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader
- Help ensure each property is left clean and professionally maintained
Qualifications
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in Charleston-area heat and weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift
- Willingness to learn commercial landscaping equipment
- Ability to work well with a small crew
- Attention to detail and pride in completed work
- Valid driver's license preferred
Experience with zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, or other commercial landscaping equipment is a plus.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional additional hours may be available depending on workload and season

Pay: $20 per hour
