Duties

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste

- Coordinate with catering and banquet services to deliver seamless events that exceed client expectations
- Oversee shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet operational demands while maintaining high morale

- Implement training programs for staff development in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management
- Extensive banquet experience with a track record of managing large-scale catering events
- Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and HACCP protocols
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations oversight
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house staff and suppliers effectively
- Hands-on cooking skills complemented by experience in food service management and hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with bartending, food handling, and serving procedures is a plus
