Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Remodeling Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of residential renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering outstanding results that exceed our clients’ expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about construction and home improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of remodeling projects within scope and budget.
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, glass panels, doors, trim carpentry elements, and hardscape features with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, framing, and finishing trades.
- Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating, scheduling, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; experience with Bluebeam software is a plus.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, fixture installation, roofing techniques, and masonry work.
- Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites; ability to perform construction inspection effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly on dynamic job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel between project locations as required. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
