Lumière Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is seeking an experienced Endodontist to provide endodontic treatment in our modern private practice in Maitland, FL.
We are initially looking for an Endodontist to join us approximately 1 day per month to treat our existing patients and internal referrals, with the opportunity to expand based on demand.
We are also open to an Endodontist who would like to bring and treat their own patients from our office. For the right provider, we can discuss a flexible operatory rental or other mutually beneficial arrangement.
The Opportunity
Option 1 — Treat Our Existing Patients
- Internal referrals from our existing patient base
- Cases coordinated and scheduled in advance

Option 2 — Treat Your Own Patients From Our Office
For an Endodontist interested in developing or expanding their own patient base, we are open to providing access to our office and clinical space on mutually agreed-upon days.
This may be structured as an operatory rental or another mutually agreed-upon arrangement, depending on the provider's needs and level of support required.
This could be particularly well suited for an Endodontist who wants to establish or expand a presence in the Orlando/Maitland area without the overhead of opening and operating a separate office.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency
- Active Florida dental license
- Professional liability coverage

Schedule
Approximately 1 day per month initially, with flexibility and the potential to expand.
We are interested in developing a long-term relationship and are open to discussing a structure that works well for both the Endodontist and the practice.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $230,058.84 per year
