SF Custom Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and aspiring healthcare professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

SF Custom Chiropractic is a leading sports and wellness chiropractic practice serving San Francisco since 2011. We specialize in helping active professionals, athletes, and individuals overcome pain, move better, and perform at their highest level through personalized chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, movement assessment, and corrective exercise.
Position Details
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Starting pay: $19.25 per hour (non-negotiable)
- Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibilities
- Performance review after 90 days
- Must be available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
- Ability to work at multiple San Francisco clinic locations is required
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with patient flow and clinic operations
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Support marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with administrative projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications
The following are helpful but not required:
- Background in kinesiology, exercise science, biology, health sciences, sports medicine, massage therapy, or related fields
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare
- Experience with marketing, social media, or content creation
- Medical billing or insurance experience
- Sales, public relations, or community outreach experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs
