We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Internal Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance our firm’s visibility and engagement. You will leverage digital marketing channels, content creation, and analytics to drive brand awareness and foster meaningful connections with our community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while honing your marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish videos on multiple platforms to market the firm and events in which the firm is involved, to existing clients, potential clients, and existing and potential referral sources.
- Create, market, coordinate, and run seminars for existing and potential clients and existing and potential referral sources.
- Work with our external marketing company to develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- With the external marketing company, manage content marketing initiatives including copywriting, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Support product management initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with service offerings and client needs.
- Handle budgeting for marketing projects or assist in such budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality output.
- Organize and maintain marketing resources, collateral, and tools
- Oversee firm-wide communications and create content, including but not limited to:
- o social media
- o the firm website
- o email campaigns
- o print and electronic newsletters
- o public speaking engagements
- o print collateral
- Solicit opportunities for and manage consumer seminars
- Solicit opportunities for and manage continuing education programs for professionals
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
