Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery to residents
- Develop and implement creative menu ideas that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our patients
- Participate in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and reports of food production and consumption
