Operate mechanical screw machines with a focus on productivity, precision, and consistency.

Perform in-process inspections to ensure every part meets quality requirements.

Troubleshoot moderately advanced issues and make targeted adjustments to improve performance.

Read/interpret blueprints and apply them to setups and production.

Measure using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify critical dimensions.

Complete all production and quality documents accurately and on time.

Own your area’s 5S and keep the cell audit-ready.

Adhere strictly to Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.

Tackle related tasks that support steady, efficient operations.

Ability to understand and follow work instructions.

Proficiency following verbal and written direction; solid communication.

Intermediate math skills for shop calculations.

Intermediate capability with required gaging tools.

2–5 years in a similar machining/operator capacity.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Proven ability to navigate complex problems on the line.

Comprehensive knowledge of machining fundamentals.
