Overview
We are seeking a Process Blender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in blending ingredients to produce high-quality starch products while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This is a hands on roll that requires technical ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Measure, mix, and blend ingredients accurately according to product specifications using appropriate equipment.
- Operate and maintain blending machinery and related mechanical systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with sanitation procedures.
- Assist with quality checks to ensure consistency and product integrity throughout the production process.
- Use basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting batch sizes accordingly.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment when necessary for ingredient or product movement.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 Lbs. to waist.
Mechanical knowledge related to processing equipment is a plus. Familiarity with blending will be considered an asset. If you are a motivated individual, we encourage you to apply for the Process Blender Position
