Job Title: Center Manager- Physical Therapist
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 32+ hours per week
Role: Clinical Leadership | Patient Care | Multi-site Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and daily operations across (1-3 ) therapy centers.
- Maintain a patient caseload while providing strong clinical leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Physical Therapists and support staff.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and patient flow.
- Monitor center performance, financial metrics, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with physicians and referral sources.
- Drive local marketing, referral growth, and business development.
- Ensure compliance, quality patient care, and excellent clinical outcomes.
- Conduct staff meetings, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
- Current NM Physical Therapist license .
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous PT leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively.
