We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team supporting Advocate Health's practice at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI.

No call responsibilities, no weekends required, and no holiday coverage required

Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of +$75-$100/hour above base rate

30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service

$2,250 annual CME allowance

Opportunity to rotate through multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations associated with the Grafton practice
Responsibilities
-
Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings.

Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.

Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures.

Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and other clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Adhere to Advocate Health quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards.

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

Current or eligible Wisconsin RN license.

Current or eligible Wisconsin Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure, if applicable.

Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility for certification.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Experienced CRNAs and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
