We’re now hiring a Shop Manager to lead our team in Prosper, Texas. If you’re an experienced leader in the salon or barbershop industry who thrives on building strong teams, delivering next-level service, and creating a culture of excellence we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shop operations and manage staff scheduling, performance, and morale
- Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and overall shop presentation
- Support and mentor barbers and stylists to hit goals and deliver exceptional results
- Handle client issues professionally and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Monitor productivity, memberships, and retail sales to meet business targets
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as the shop grows
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and TDLR regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in a salon or barbershop environment (preferred)
- Current barber or cosmetology license (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, organization, and people-management skills
- Passion for men’s grooming, style, and customer service
- A team player with high standards and a calm, professional presence
