Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to join our hive at Savannah Bee Company! The Production Team Member will be responsible for operating various machinery in order to bottle our honey-sweet high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hourly position. Operating hours are currently Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production standards
- Perform quality control checks at various stages in the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Tape, box, and label products
- Complete all required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Operate labeling machinery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer skills
