What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid inspections.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Recommend and install additional services or products requested by customers or needed for vehicle safety and maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and clearly explaining services.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with local marketing efforts, including business-to-business outreach, flyering, and sign waving.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Open availability, including weekdays and weekends.
- Available to work any day Sunday through Saturday (5-day work week).
